Free Entry Conditions
You may enter the raffle for free by complying with the following conditions:
- Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by post to the Promoter at the following address: POPRAFFLE, TBD Please Email [email protected];
- Hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
- Include with your entry the following information (all details must match the details on your account):
- The name or details of the raffle you wish to enter (e.g., 'POPRAFFLE - [Item Name]');
- Your full name;
- Your address;
- A contact telephone number and email address;
- Agreement to our Terms & Conditions;
- Your answer to the Skill Question (if applicable for this raffle); and
- A unique identifier on each entry. An example might be: [date][initials]#1, [date][initials]#2, etc.
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
- You may make multiple free entries for any raffle (up to any limit placed on entries by POPRAFFLE) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
- By entering the raffle, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
- Your entry must be received by POPRAFFLE prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw; Entries received after a draw has closed will receive the relevant value in credit in their account and will be notified via email;
- POPRAFFLE will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Skill Question is correct;
- If the number of entries reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.
- Entrants must have created an account on the Website for the free entry to be processed. The account must have been logged into within the time period the raffle is running. All details MUST correspond to the details on the account. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
